OVERVIEW
Southern Notary Services provides document preparation assistance for a variety of commonly requested personal and business documents, along with convenient mobile notary services. We help organize and complete documents based on the information you provide, ensuring they are ready for signature and notarization.
Services include assistance with estate planning documents such as last will and testament, durable power of attorney, health care proxy, and statutory living will. We also assist with Chapter 7 bankruptcy document preparation, bills of sale, business filings such as LLC or corporation setup, and dissolution of marriage paperwork. Once documents are completed, we notarize signatures as required and can help guide you on the next steps for submission.
