Turn On Water & Sewer
City of Palm Coast Utility Department. Bring photo ID + proof of residency; a deposit applies. Most homes use a PEP tank system.
Flagler County Property Appraiser. File by March 1 to lower your property taxes up to $50,000 of assessed value. First-timers apply in person in Bunnell.
